What if credits run out?
Students see a notification and cannot submit for evaluation. The org admin receives an alert to purchase top-ups.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.
Can students buy their own credits?
Yes. Students can purchase individual credit packs independently at standard rates.
What about refunds?
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Contact support for processing.
